NWA Dispatchers?

My examiner is a NWA dispatcher, and although they didnt go into too much detail, they did talk about how they are preparing for the move down to Atlanta in the next year or two. They arnt sure exactly when though.

They said it isnt really a matter of if, but only when.
 
The Delta pay scale for dispatchers is about 10K per year better than Northwest at years 4 and 5. I would be moving if I was at Northwest.
Also, there aren't a whole lot of other options in Minnesota.
Sun Country is, unfortunately, probably on their last legs. Mesaba is a regional and pays accordingly. I don't know how much corporate aviation is up there but probably not a lot compared to FL, TX or the Northeast states such as CT, MA, NJ and NY.
