What the Judge said was he didn't have the authority to give NWA a preliminary injunction, not that AFA could strike.NW is on the way to more favorable jurisdiction as we speak I'm sure.
 
Thats exactly right. The AFA will institute CHAOS, the Northwest will seek another injuction at a higher court that is more familiar with Labor law, not bankruptcy law. This will be interesting. I hope AFA is successful.
