I have a question regarding meal lisiting on NW and/or Airlink. Twice in the
past year I have called to list, and told the agent up front I needed
to meal list for a round trip. The first time the agent listed me for
the first leg, gave me a confirmation number and said "Thank you for
calling Northwest/KLM...goodbye". I asked her if she could list me
for the return leg and she said no, they weren't allowed to do that
and I would have to call back later.
The second time I called, told the agent I needed to list for a roundtrip.
She lists me, gives me a confirmation number and says "Okay, what's
the next flight you want to list for"? I gave her the second flight
to which she gives me a second confirmation number.
Is this really policy? Seems to make more work for yourself to list
a person in two seperate records instead of one. Or is this being
done purposely to make sure the off-line NRSA are getting the
anal probe from the TSA?
