Northwest Recall Rate

I understand the current acceptance rate is 30%. I assume NWA pilots have two chances at recall. Is this true and how many of the total furloughed pilots will return, in your opinion.

Also, how many furloughed NWA pilots have decided on Compass - now or in the future?

Hard numbers are appreciated, but not necessary if you do not know. Also, please disclose your source/current employer if possible for validity of information.
