Does anyone have any useful information on Northern Jet Management. I understand the schedule is six days on three off and the pay starts in the low thirtys.

How many hours can one expect to fly in a year? Do they promote from within? What's training like? (Flight Safety?, Type Rating?) What are the trips like? Is it a fairly stable company? Do people stick around? If not where do they go? What can I expect if interviewed? Are people happy there?

I'm currently commuting and on reserve at a very unstable Regional (where I have already been furloughed). If I could make what I make now (or at least very close) and not commute, it may be worth it. Any opinions would be appreciated, especially from a current pilot. Thanks in advance.
