For non-rev travel on Jetblue, no prior arrangements are necessary (or accepted).
Just go to the ticket counter to obtain a standby ticket and head to the gate.

For our schedules, go to www.jetblue.com . You can also download an electronic timetable there for your PC, Laptop, or PDA. Kinda neat.

Jumpseats are on a first come, first serve basis obviously and any FAR121 airline employee is eligible. The exception is the 2 cockpit jumpseats, which are now available to other airline pilots that are part of the CASS System.
