They told him he wasn't being picked on, and they were just trying to set the record straight. Of coarse the volume increased until RH had to leave.

I find it so funny when I came back to check up that warlord is still deperately firing blanks. He keeps referring to captain crunch so I guess this makes him Jon-Erik Hexum. I'd rather be a time-tested, sweet delicious cereal loved by kids and PMSing women everywhere than a two bit actor no one remembers except in terms of his legacy of exceedingly bad choices born out of arrogance. One day pilots will talk of warlord and the rest of Ricci's fellators only in the past tense and scratch their heads to remember anything specific about them. The least we can do for him out of the kindness of our hearts is to give him some attention now because his future is bleak. Very bleak.

Warlord always accused me of being a dude. It used to irritate me until someone filled me in he's a beard so it only makes sense. It made me kinda sad for him actually but then did explain how he is able to keep a woman around.

Good luck Flexjet! What's happened to you is a damn shame. A real damn shame. I hope the union can salvage out a decent place to work for you.

It's very telling he specifically chose to be away at TEB. Was it a desperate attempt to take the focus off of the real event of the week? A chance host another no-show smokescreen "party" vs attend a gathering for 50 people who are out of a job thanks to him. All those years working side by side and he just couldn't handle a goodbye. Well, at least even he understood the hypocrisy and stayed away.

I wonder if he'll ever address "his side of the story" to the pilot group about the exchange or if he's desperately hoping the pilot group doesn't find out about it. How embarrassing. Just exactly what did he think he'd get with his deception and backstabbing? A free pass? He is delusional. If I didn't hold him personally responsible for the demise of Flexjet, I'd almost feel sorry for his desperate patheticness.

Speaking of legal and correct facts, my understanding is court reporters take a verbatim approach in their work. I feel sorry for future generations of students who will read back these historic transcripts (this decision was huge - and has much bigger implications than we even have a clue about now) and have to weed through miles of ummmms, throat clearings and chair twisting when RH testified. You guys have no idea of what he's been up to. From what I hear, the little bit "leaked" in the arbitrators ruling, later clarified by the 1108 President, isn't even the half of it.

Flexwife, family (unless they insert themselves) should be off limits. Just because Warlord's wife is assumed to have taken a dyke hike or two doesn't make him a beard, it could be she's just used to especially tiny organs.

Their lies continue to this day, claiming our beloved scheduler was fired/resigned this week. Apparently a few of our originally pro-union guys that have some INTEGRITY got tired of all the BS and withdrew from your esteemed organization. Just saying.

Now you say I’ll be flushed down the memory hole like a used tampon…..not a pleasant thought, huh? Perhaps we could get together for one last, you know, visit. If not, Bon Voyage.

TIMELINE OF YAMMER POSTS AND E-MAILS
On January 28th there was a series of posts on Yammer between V.P. of Flight Operations Rick
Handschuch, Capt. Macek and F/O Regan. Handschuch informed Macek:
?This [Flexjet] is a new company with new owners. They have every right to do what they want
and will.?
Macek replied (in part):
?Our company does not have new Owners. We have an individual with an exceptional ability to
fund raise. Our Owners are still the same, plus maybe a few new ones. Are you sure DAC has
the ability to ?do whatever they want and will???
Sometime later Handschuch posted:
?Throwing darts at me is one thing, but referring to the guy who signs your paycheck as ?We
have an individual who is in charge with an exceptional ability to fund raise?.Are you sure DAC
has the ability to ?do whatever they want and will?? is down right insubordinate. Let me ask you
a question: why would you say that here when I?m pretty certain you wouldn?t dare say that to
his face? He deserves your respect not the other way around. You crossed the line my friend.
But that?s all I?m going to say here. We will talk about this elsewhere.?
So, what did F/O Regan do to get fired? He, too, posted on Yammer. He expressed his unhappiness
with the STIP bonus system and the crewmember employment agreements the Flexjet pilots were all
forced to sign after Ricci took control. He agreed with Macek?s comments and posted the following:

Of note, several other pilots agreed with Macek?s post by indicating ?Like? on Yammer. None of
them got terminated, because none of them were part of the organizing effort.
What, then, exactly happened ?elsewhere,? as Handschuch puts it? We have hard documentation of
a January 29, 2015 e-mail exchange between Ricci and his senior executive team discussing Macek?s
and Regan?s posts. After reading the morning summary of Yammer postings he receives on a daily
basis, Ricci sent the following e-mail to Handschuch at 10:21 AM:

particular is way over the line. I reminded the guys earlier this month that this was a forum for
them to talk freely but do not personally attack anyone. I don't mind them throwing the
occasional dart at me but I take offense at them doing it to other management and especially you.
We will handle this next week, Jason is a little concerned about the timing but we will work it
out. Look forward to talking to you and remember it?s not the view of the majority. In fact I
have received many calls, e-mails and text from the pilots that want their heads to roll.?
Ricci sent the following e-mail at 3:23 PM (errors in the original e-mail text):
