We currently use an in-house system developed by Neeleman that is incompatible with OA CRS's, so no interlining bags, sending pax to OAs during IRROPS, etc. Trying to grow up and play with the big boys...

OAL Jumpseaters will be allowed
Rather than embargo OAL jumpseaters (commuting pilots and flight attendants), we have decided to issue a clear warning to OAL jumpseat desks, advising OAL pilots and flight attendants not to rely on JetBlue during the cutover period (Jan. 30 – Feb. 1) for their travel needs.
We changed this policy because an embargo would actually endanger JetBlue Pilots and Inflight Crewmembers’ ability to jumpseat on other airlines. While other airlines routinely embargo leisure pass travel, no airline has ever (to our knowledge) embargoed jumpseat travel, for any reason. We’ve worked too hard to get reciprocal agreements with OALs to improve the quality of life for our uniformed flight Crewmembers (thank you, Jumpseat Committees!) to endanger it for what would be little value (a 3 day embargo).
The information below has been updated to reflect this change in policy. This does mean that OAL uniformed crew will be able to travel on JetBlue while JetBlue Crewmembers and OAL employees cannot travel for leisure (although we are providing positive space travel for JetBlue commuters), but considering the potential consequences, we thought this was the best way to go.
