Pardon me, but yes, I'm offended that your ilk comes on here to snipe while people are trying to defend OUR job security so we can ALL "just relax and enjoy the job".

with all due respect, a lot of us 495 folk have moved on,nja is barely a flicker on a swiftly receding horizon, why should i file individually when the class action should cover me?,i know this is late innings ,50 minutes to go,but i only hit these forums once every couple of weeks.

Well, you missed your opportunity. The class action won't cover everything, and is solely up to the whim of an arbitrator. I wanted to protect my money and my interests MYSELF.

Excuse the CRAP out of me. Been out of town for Christmas dealing with a father that is a few bricks shy of a full load these days and come home to a refrigerator/freezer that has decided to $hit the bed while I was out of town. It will take a lengthy dissertation and I'll get to you when I can...

None of us complain about the union dues. We are concerned by the union behavior sometimes. It does seem like the worst pilots are the most gung ho about NJASAP.

I bet Gutshot will respond when he has time. He is an excellent communicator and a very good pilot. You never have to wonder what is on his mind- he will tell you.
