Upgrades have been consistant at 24 months with the company for the past year, so it wouldn't make sense for an FO to bid FO on another type after his initial 2 year seatlock is up, and be seatlocked for two more years and not be able to upgrade.

I've been here over two years and still waiting for an upgrade. Upgrades are going well over two years. Plan on upgrades being 3+ years.

Just checked my email and a couple of Ultra capt. awards this month went to Dec. 04 hire dates, correction 2 years and 3 months, I wouldn't call that well over 2 years.

As far as new hires go, 3+ years sounds like a good guess.
