I'm so sure you know more about the events than all the people involved in the investigation. You the judge and jury for the company's internal affairs now? Besides can't you guys ever come up with a more recent example? Strikes me funny that when you want to slander your company you have to reach back to examples that happened years ago - and on top of that, to make your point, you alledge that your boss is corrupt. Real nice.

This company has the largest integrity problem I have ever witnessed at an employer. The boss has a huge cedibility problem.

Ok... recent example. 400XP bid. Legal bid. Bid went junior to #2000 for captain. Company withholds the bid. Scumbags.

Obviously you realize I don't know anything about that nor have I heard the "other" version from the company. If you were wronged go through the proper channels, not the internet, I have confidence that the company does what is right and fair. If they don't that's what the ethics hotline is for.
 
YOU asked for a recent example... He gave you one. And thanks for reminding us about the ethics hotline.. seems like a call will be made.

The real point is that you as non bargining employees are being used/played as much as we are. The difference is the fact that we have people looking out for our interests and you have to accept what you hear from mgt.
I know this will sound patronizing but I am sorry you have to come to this public forum to find out about the company you believe is doing the right thing. They aren't and the evidence is mounting.

We have a plan to deal with the 400xp bid and we have a plan to deal with other violations that are forthcoming. WE ARE WELL REPRESENTED.

Don't waste your time on somedude, I have it on good authority that he's really a company mole hired by Buffet to make the pilots look like foul mouthed, un-professional idiots. He's doing a **CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED** good job. Let him continue. By the time he's done he'll have offended everybody including the brothers. He's the poster boy for why these highly trained professional heros of of the sky, who single handedly have saved us from oblivion, deserve the keys to the kingdom. We mere mortals in the casino don't deserve to even post on this board.

Lets be fair about this one flylow.....

IMHO, It appears that both sides are exploiting loopholes in this situation.

The union, in an attempt to get bypass pay for a bunch of FO's, arranges for a captain bid to go very junior. This isnt how the system was intended to work, but you've found a loophole in the system and have chosen to use it in an effort to get more pay for people.

The company apparently has found another loophole and chosen to withhold the bid rather than give a bunch of people bypass pay.

Is the exploitation of either loophole acceptable? Not in my opinion....

I'm glad you have your security blanket. Your post isn't patronizing - it's just delusional. I've said it before and I'll say it again now. My opinions are based of facts and evidence I've witnessed with my own eyes and experiences - not to mention a little common sense thrown in for good measure. The only thing I've come to find/realize from this public forum is that there is a small minority of people claiming to be NJA pilots, some who, I beleive, unfortunately are just that, devoted to spewing out deceitful and manipulative horse crap under the infuluence of bitterness and sometimes greed.

This is one thing you can't argue with - I hardly had an opinion on your contract until the people described above started defaming and vilifying the company that I respect and have come to trust. It wasn't until you started spreading rumor, conspiracy theories, harsh critcism towards several department groups and threatening other aviation pilots groups that I even started defending it. I'm not going to try to convince anyone that this company can't use improvement or that we never make mistakes. You don't think I'm aware of the issues that need changed? That's not even the point. This public forum has shown me one thing - that you have an agenda. If your agenda was simply to increase awarness and gain support for your cause without slandering and defaming the company name, the associates that work here, or other pilot groups then you wouldn't be hearing a peep out of me.
