Those A320s better be comfy up front with all of the red-eyes those JetBlue pilots fly. I have seen some crazy schedules from friends who are there - BOS or JFK to OAK in the early morning, sleep in the hotel during the day, then red-eye to JFK or IAD, sleep in the hotel during the day, then fly back to OAK or LGB or LAS late at night and then repeat several times during the month. What's with all of the day-rest periods? I guess you need space in the Bus flight deck to stretch out and catch up on sleep... That God for the extra room up front.

This and the post above by skiandsurf are very consistent with what I hear from JetBlue drivers I know.

To dudemize, good luck on your decision. If you can live with the 7/7 and the domiciles aren't an issue for you, you should be happy here.

Keep in mind that you will be sitting in the right seat longer if you go to JetBlue now due to the recent arbitration agreement at USAirways. A lot of the furloughed pilots from USAirways will likely stay at JetBlue and not return. This could impact upgrade times and pay. Just another fact to consider...
