As far as the headset thing, I'm strongly considering getting the Bose. My David Clarks have been great but I feel weird wearing them in a corporate jet. The U-Boat cockpit really is loud.

I bought a pair of Sennhieser HMEC-25 from CMW aviation. $379 refurbished with full 2 year warranty. 15db active and 11db passive noise reduction and it only wieghs 5.9oz. I have been real happy with them so far in the Hawker. CMW gives Union discounts and $25 off if you send a check in ahead of delivery. I was real happy with the service and the product.
