The new leadership we elected is changing all of that. The problem is, they've been handed a big bag of crap and it takes time to clean that up. I kinda figure getting our own local and having the Teamsters force the retirement of the fat trucker at Local 284 is a sign that things are heading the right drection. I'm real pleased with our progress so far. The elimination of the A team will probably require a new contract but it's coming soon to a store near you.
