Coming to Flightinfo for accurate information? That's like going to MTV to find music...

Great analogy! Yeah you may find a song (accurate info), but they are very few, and far between.

I know of an incident where the pilots porpoised on landing so hard they broke the nose gear.
Anything is repairable. How much do you want to spend.
Well I took it for granted that every one would understand my meaning as economically rational to repair. Sorry you misunderstood.
..l..
Does that mean he's number 1? Haven't seen it before.
Just Peachy... you must be militant if you think that in an abnormal situation on touchdown, landing at Telluride, 9000' plus, bowl shaped runway, on a hot day that you are going to bust someones fellas for not stowing the TRs per checklist. I guess we should call you Just Yeager for this great piece of "situational quarterbacking."
Use your imagination!! It's not "hard" to figure out.
Its amazing how people try to dig to try to find out info or dirt i.e. the guy who started the post. Just wait and read the final NTSB report anything before that is rumor
Maybe it snapped off to the side?Looking at the pictures, and by no means trying to Monday morning quarterback, why did they leave the runway? Every gear collapse I have seen always ends on the runway. Again, this is no attack on the pilots or the NJA group. It can and probably will happen to one us in the future. Just an observation. The most important thing is that everyone is ok.
