I interviewed with NetJets a couple of weeks ago. I'm still waiting to hear, but I heard that a former employer has received a PRIA form. Would it be too early to start getting my hopes up or is it part of the process. Thanks

I interviewed mar 18. It took 1 day to get an email from the background info company looking for clarification on my app. I got the job offer 4 weeks after the interview. The rejection letters were received 2 weeks after the interview, for the 6 of 11 not hired.

Good luck

Even the rejection letters are taking almost a month. Just got mine yesterday. I let my guard down after 3.5 weeks and it bit me. Any other former fractsters getting turned down?

With NJ these days, expect the worst, hope for the best. The fact that they are sending out background stuff IS a good sign however.

Sorry to hear about that Lear. Try, try again.

Yes, it is a good sign but only one in a number of hurdles.

Good Luck.

Not to be negative, and I DO hope you get the job, but mine, and several other candidates background checks were completed PRIOR to the interview. It made no difference. Only 3 of 8 in my group got hired. I was NOT one. Good luck man.

Just curious, but why would you spend time and money on a background check before an interview. It seems like a lot of effort to do on every person, job offer or not.

Some might argue the opposite. Why spend all the time and money on an interview if you can easily disqualify somebody on a background check. I don't know the costs, but it seems as though having somebody come to an interview, do a sim, pay HR people, sim people, etc... Maybe it actually costs more to do the interview. I don't know, just thinking out loud.

I interviewed in December. I had a background check done and it was clear. Some people in my interview class got hired right away. Some got rejected right away. I, however, did not hear until March, 3 months later. They would not let me know why. Anything can happen.
