We were told that this was considered "uneven training" by the Union (hearsay, so don't hold me to it). However, we were given binders with profiles and aircraft info, along with CDs with limitations and memory items, profiles, slide shows, systems simulators, and an FMS trainer for the Hawker 800XP-C. It's not absolutely comprehensive, but it's plenty to get started before arriving, methinks.

Try to have your memory items and limitations down by the time you go to Flight Safety. Will pay dividends!

Does the TSA have problems with FSI sending out manuals?

from what i was told materials over at FSI need to be up to date and complete so FSI is not one to send out material early... but a walkaround CD with flows and limitations will get you more than rolling

I will not hold you to it but that is unequivocally false. Did you hear that from Bs-19? Sounds like something he would say. The Union would not say that. In fact the Union would probably help you find a copy.
When a new hire goes to indoc in CMH, you can speak to an instructor and they will give you a CD with all the FSI manuals, memory items/limitations, SOPS, etc. You can read them on your computer but can't print them out due to FSI copyright rules. If you are attending Initial Aircraft training in CMH you may even be able to visit FSI to ask for an advance copy.

There is a FED EX office just down the street from the embassy suites where you will probably be staying during your visit to CMH. We took the disk over there and had them print everything but the 400 pages of systems info. Its a pretty thick book when all is said and done. It's really nice for studying while in indoc. I didn't have the patience to sit and scroll that whole disk while trying to study. The book worked great for me. The price to print the whole disk was $20. Well worth it!
