I count on you young guys to get into the details if that's your interest. It's the important things that keep you alive and accident free. In 38-years of professional flying (instructing, examining & airline) I've never scratched anyting and never had an accident/incident or violation. Not bad I think!

Not intending to hijack the thread.. but Undaunted, I noticed you've flown both the 747 and 777. Which one of those two were your favorite aircraft to fly?

The 777 is a more advanced airplane. It is for that reason that I like the 777 best of all. What ever it ought to do it does.
