I believe this Lawyer, I mean pilot just wanted to build a case for his client (AWA FA ) and thought we would all agree with him and state how stupid this pilot was for entering a thunderstorm without notifying his crew...Getting warm?? If you consider trying to go after this pilot in question, the lawyers have reached a new low!!

How bout a double ding before you try to punch a hole thru a nimbus?
At AWA a "double ding" indicates climbing or descending through 10,000 ft. But of course you already knew that. I also presume you also have a print-out of the on-board radar picture since you're so sure they were penetrating, and you also have the CVR tape indicating that just before hitting the turb the captain told everyone it was smooth sailing. What, you don't? You mean you're just ASSuming? Hmmm.

..

Morons finding their way to the front seats of airliners andhur then ting people are not humorous to me.

Then I guess you don't find yourself "humorous" then,do you?

Highspeedclimb has my vote for this scenario. I normally don't approve of namecalling on these forums, unless we're talking college football of course, but I think exceptions can be made for trolling legal side of aviation types.

Okc may be a "retard", but at least he's a very persistent, annoying, holier-than-thou retard.
