true story.... young unaccompanied minor asks me about his flight and the status..... It wasnt my flight I was just at the gate in uniform where it was supposed to depart. The agent that was assigned to him.... barely spoke english and didnt understand that the kid wanted to call his mother. I called her on my cellphone.
