The fleet will be made up of 4 CRJ-900s that are presently in Vietnam.... somewhere. This is confirmed from upper management. No idea why announcement was not made yesterday/today, only that they will make the announcement once all the i's are dotted and the t's crossed.

According to CT, the leases on the planes are/were supposed to be signed today, with the announcement now due out Monday if everything goes well.
