Hey guys,
After only 1 month of completing my cfi ride, I got a new job offer. I will be leaving the instructor world (before it ever really began for me) and become an aerial photographer. I will be flying the mighty C152!
I have been working dispatch the past month and I have really enjoyed it. Although I was looking forward to instructing, I did not know when I would get to fly. It could have been september, or perhaps even until after christmas.
This new job will allow me to start flying right away, where I will log over 100 hours per month on a descent month. I will be flying a lot, which is really good because I will be busy. I am excited to begin flying again, and even more excited to be receiving money to fly! I did not meet the 300 hour requirement (I only have 260tt with 30 multi), but my friend got me the interview. This friend is also someone who I met on another aviation forum, believe it or not.
Anyways, if anyone has done aerial work in the past, I would love to hear some advice and comments on the job.
Thanks again to everyone for answering my questions over the years and good luck to everybody in their careers!
Chris.
