You suck, too, Helgeson! :D ;) TC
I am going to have a great day!

I understand the -1 is your degree of "hotness". The JB ladies in administration check with your previous employers and send out a survey based on looks, love-making abilties, and penis size....... a -1 does not bode well.
JH,

If that's the case, I'm feeling a whole lot better about myself than when I got up this AM.
As far as TC's rating, I think it must reflect more on his personality based on his retorts to this particular thread. Obviously if it were based on "hotness", his rating would be MUCH lower!

SMC

PS TC- I'm rubber, your glue........oh , whatever!:D

Question about the PIC Jet question in the 25 questions.

Does this line refer solely to Jet PIC, or can you include turbro prop PIC as well?

I assume Jet means Jet. Is that your take too?

Thanks for any help.

If you have not received the email describing the changes to the online application here is a copy for your review.

.....

Greetings from JetBlue Pilot Recruitment!

We’ve made some significant enhancements to our online application process.

Therefore, we are sending this email to everyone in our Pilot application database to advise that if you are still interested in pursuing a position with JetBlue, you will need to submit the required information to our new online application system. (Your former application will be archived but is no longer accessible to you for update purposes.)

Please click on the link below to create a profile in our new database.

These changes to our system are directly related to the feedback we’ve gotten from previous candidates. We think it will be much more user-friendly for applicants and we know that it will provide our Recruitment team with much more detailed information about those interested in joining our Pilot ranks.

Our interview selection process will continue to be based on a competitive evaluation of the information we collect in our database. And the newly designed system will enable you to present even more of your best qualities so that you’ll appear as competitive as possible.

NOTE: The names for our final interview session of 2004 have already been identified from the former database. And since we will be accessing the new system sometime in November to identify the names for the first round of interviews in 2005, you’ll have plenty of time to get your name into our files.

Good luck!

I am sure this means absolutly nothing but me email was from dean and not the people dept. My hart stoped there for a minute and then i realized the content of the email.

Could the -1/ possibly be Furloughed? any thoughts?
I don't think so since there is no box to check if you are furloughed or not.

Do any of you Blue guys have any info on this grading system?

I just finished the new app for JETBLUE. pretty straight forward. -1/86/0

first officer. Good Luck too all.

I got -1/81/0. Have absolutely no idea what that means. Can't be about furloughed guys, because I ain't one. I'm a mil/corporate combo. Anyone ever find out what these numbers mean?

Hi folks,

I just heard from a "good source" that the numbers mean nothing and will be removed soon. That's about all I can say about that ;) . I just wanted to pass that along before any applicants started driving themselves crazy.

Has anyone figure out if you had the original application on file, do you have to go back and fill the new one out?

So, I guess if you aren't interesting in a position with JetBlue, then no, you don't have to fill the new one out.

I thought the new application was interesting - the hours you could choose sort of lets you know what they are interested in.

As a note to others , I tried using Mozilla Firefox to fill out the app - I couldn't get it to upload the resume, so I went to Internet explorer, and it worked.
