sooo.....is the conventional wisdom on this that the jet CA spots in MIA will go WAY senior and the ATR CA spots will go WAY junior?

How about FOs on both planes?

Way senior and way junior is my guess. There will be a chunk of super senior guys who bid it who are currently on the ERJ or ATR, and then the middle seniority guys wont jump at it right away which leaves the openings for the super junior guys. We'll see :)
