What regional airlines and or major airlines conduct a complete new hire pilot physical these days ? Or do most carriers now just accept the FAA first class medical ? In addition to the required wee wee testing of course.
 
Delta does the complete new hire physical.

I don't know of any regionals that do this. They are too desperate for pilots. Beating heart? Check.
 
Compass did, and believe they still do. Basically just an FAA medical, done completely, plus an EKG. No biggie.
 
They cannot disqualify you if you have an LOSI or a waiver either. It is to establish a baseline...
