Any clues on how it will take place?

I have many friends over there and could get multiple LORs. Is MORE necessarily better on my app. Just wondering......

One more question......my online app wanted me to cut and paste my current resume. After doing so there was an option to review it. When I did the columns were a little jacked up. Anybody know a fix to this or does HR expect a little formatting problems?

The more LORs on your app the better. Get at least 2 because that puts you into the likely to be called category.

Look at FedEx's and SWA's on will fly.

We're going to be very similar I think including the LOI.

These LOR's...would they need to be just internal, or would others work? Online it asks for internal recs are accepted, but not required...does it matter who internally the recs come from? I know a few people, but none of them are in the flight operations department, they would rather man a desk than an a/c. Would this help?
