oh for the love of pete, stay away, stay away, stay away from PBS. You will be the last factor on deciding what your "preference" is and don't be fooled that it will work with large numbers of pilots. trust me I'm living with this hell and am pretty senior in my company, you won't have a life and will be limited to a short notice of your next bid. stick with hard lines and don't fall into the same trap we did.
