(6) 12/17/02 (7) 01/14/03 (8) 01/28/03 (9) 02/11/03

(10) 02/25/03 (11) 03/11/03 (12) 03/25/03.

J41

The j41 classes have the same dates as the CRJ up to 12/10/02
then there appears to be no additional classes, at least for 2002.
I'm just a line CA who doesn't fly the 41 so perhaps one of our 41 drivers can provide more info. I do Know the j41 is meant to be replaced by the additional 25 CRJ's by April 2004.

Lots of classes

How many bodies are typically in each class? Does this count vary by equipment?

Wow, 4 classes per month in the CRJ for Jan '03 and March '03! :D How many jets are coming per month during that span, as well as the rest of 2003?

They told me 1 every 7 days the first 6 months of 03, and some other numbers after that but I was still thinking about those numbers and missed the second part. That was in July at my interview, start class on the 16th so I guess I will find out how tose numbers work out. I have heard 10 to 12 in a CRJ class and 8ish for the 328 and J41's

Are all those classes for new hires? And are they still hiring 80 new hires in Sept.? I heard that Skeen said in the road shows that they are only hiring around 200 next year...anyone else hear that?

What is the upgrade time at ACA right now?

ALso, how senior is ORD for CRJ FO's?

Thanks!

ord is the junior base for the crj. initial domecile seems to vary based on needs of the moment. However, if you get iad then i understand that you can very quickly bid for ord bc there are lots of ord folks trying to get back to iad.

upgrades will all depend on growth, since no one is leaving right now. plan on probably 3 years (or more), but it's really a crapshoot.

good luck!

Two new ACA interview experiences on Aviationinterviews.com posted yesterday show the following:

-Interview on 8/19
-Notified on 9/4
-No equipment assignment
-Told earliest training date sometime in December

One additional experience, also posted yesterday:
-Interview on 8/12
-Notifed 3 weeks later
-No equipment assignment
-CLASS DATE 10/31!!
(note: the guy had significant turbine time)

I interviewed roughly 2 weeks prior and was told November was likely for a class date.

Hope this helps out my fellow poolies. Post any new info!
