I am wondering if NetJets union is subject to the RLA?

For instance, when your contract comes up for ratification in 5 years (or whatever it is), if you all decide you want to strike, do you have to do the whole judge thing, mediation, 30 day cooling off period, etc? or can you all walk in one day and decide to strike?

I would think that you wouldn't be under the RLA, due to the fact that you are a property of the owners, and not a "public service" like a scheduled 121 carrier.

The reason I ask is, I just watched a bunch of my buddies get screwed at NWA, and they wanted to strike, but their hands were tied. I'm just wondering if you all have a little more to work with?
