Did anyone else out there, pass the interview but get asked to come back and do the simulator over again?

If so, how'd it go? Did you get hired, and was it different than the first time?

Any info would be appreciated.
 
No worries mate. I have 2 friends that had that exact situation. They passed the HR portion but "failed" the sim ride. Both were asked to come back in 6 months. One did and was offered the job, the other I haven't talked to since. I have another friend trying to get on now. I have warned him of this possible situation. Everyone has a bad day.

I did that run twice for IOE in December years ago... No fun man!! I lucked out and got a van run down in the South East. Ahh the good ole "Icy flying coffin of death!"

I really dont know what was hard about it. It was easier than the Flexjet sim interview. The sim is stable with an easy profile.

Now that's a little uncalled for......

And...YES....some people have been called back...for various reasons. The ride was the exact same as the first time.

Of the 2 people who were called back that I ppersonally know both were turned down after the second ride.
