GEX driver:

If any crewmembers treated pax "gruffly", I'm sure they were disciplined. If you actually witnessed this (and I seriously doubt you did) did you do anything about it? We all are under the same umbrella. I bet the complaint line is the same number on our literature as yours.

No, didn't do a thing about it.

I fly for a Fortune 50 flight department so I'm not privy to the NetJets complaint line. Want to share?

In two incidences that I specifically remember, one at FTY, the other at IAD, I recall thinking at the time, "Well there's a little extra job security for us corporate guys."

Then maybe they'll believe Berkshire Hathaway's first quarter 2006 filing: http://berkshirehathaway.com/qtrly/1stqtr06.pdf

Good post, but there's a lot of weasel wording in BK's 10Q.

"Pre-tax earnings of the flight services businesses totaled $21 million in the first quarter of 2006 versus $7 million in 2005. Pre-tax earnings from training services increased $2 million in 2006 versus 2005 and pre-tax losses from the fractional ownership business declined $12 million in 2006 as compared with 2005."

We know 4 Dude is correct. (hot water in a X) (The VSI that only goes to 6,000 on mod.X but the FSI manual say’s 10,000 on mod.Y in test mode) I got that straight from a maintenance rep a DAL. We are done with that now, let’s make money and stay employed. I like seven off, but I am getting tired of my wife’s to do list.:)

Sounds like my write-up on the X at Gulfstream in DAL. Rotary test... VSI failed to go to 5000FPM as we a trained to test for through the companies training vendor and fellow BRK company.

Now the mechs showed me its not in the maintenance manual or the AFM.... I don't care. Its in our training manual.

Well a couple of months later... it shows up in a temporary change to the AFM.... I guess Cessna screwed up, not me. The airplane was broken. passing that test is a LIMITATION.

Yes I was accused on the spot by maintenance there. I don't blame them... they can only go by whats in the AFM and maintenance manual... but I was right.

Oh and I have had people complain about the water not being hot in the Lav... Its not a preflight item but if its broke ... its broke.

Hope she likes Mac 'n cheese....

Sounds like my facts are straight. GR, all I am saying is lets get on with it. Gun knows I was not ragging on him personally.

Not a problem, I just thought you were ragging on Gun as he did have a valid point.
