Netjets Phone Interview help

I have a phone interview later this month.
What can I expect?

Again, just curious but how long did you wait from the time you sent in your stuff until you got notification about the phone interview? Just trying to gauge timing... Also, did you have any LORs?

I submitted my application on 6/5. My two LORs were submitted on 6/13 & 6/16 and I received the invitation for the phone interview on 6/26.

It is all Customer Service based. They want to know about you and how you would interact with the owners. I think it is to determine if you're worth bringing to CMH for the interview. Mine was very informal and relaxed. She asked me a few questions and we chatted for about 15 minutes.

I sent in my application on April 1st. a week later, HR sent me an email stating there was a problem with my application and returned it. I was AMAZED. My work history was complete back to 1996, and the ONLY thing i needed to put on it for them was on my current job. I put 2004-. They wanted it 2004-present. I thought it to be focusing on minutia. So I fed ex'd it back in and got the APP accepted email. Nothing else.

FedEx'ed app on 6/30, invite for phone interview on 7/9. No LOR's.

Never did get an App received email.

Most of my recommendations have been called for a phone interview within month.
