Hey d!ckweed,

Hmmmmm. Let me think about this. Hmmmm. Well, perhaps I know people who work at both companies. Maybe that would provide me a fact base to actually form an opinion. I don't claim to know everything about either place, but I know enough. Thanks for caring.

Am I typing too fast for you? Do you ever read the industry periodicals? I guess not. Otherwise, you wouldn't sound like such a d!pshiit.

I love flightinfo

Disclaimer 1: I will admit that I don't know anything about XOJet.

Disclaimer 2: This is assuming that they are a vendor for NJA to do recovery flights.

Many NJA owners hate getting an outside vendor to do their flights. They pay for a QS tail and that is what they expect to get.

This is not intended as a slam on XOJet, just a statement that NJA owners usually like to ride on QS tails.

In defense of XOJet, they do have microwaves, that one of our NJ owners likes about the XOJet planes.

Don't our larger fleets have some kind of oven?

For those of you who are unfamiliar, the XOJet Xs are the ones with "Papa Tango." They don't have an XOJet callsign yet. I hear them all the time up in the NYC area and on the West Coast. There must be 5-6 of them airborne at all times and I think they do a number of NJA recovery flights.

Interesting company - it was recently named 131 in the Inc 500 fastest growing private companies in the US. The owner is a very successful internet guy with a lot of wealthy friends and associates. He's got big plans and he has a successful trackrecord and made a lot of money. We'll see if it works again...

Check out www.xojet.com. I hear they have a huge order for Challenger 300s on top of their 15-20 Citation Xs. Maybe someone from XOJet can elaborate on fleet plans...

Thanx for the info. I checked it out, but it really doesnt give any contact info. Maybe its my POS computer. Anyone have an e-mail or fax # to send resume to?? Looks like the DO was a former ACA'er as well.

Yes, I hear they have multiple former ACA/Indy pilots there. Domiciles are Sacremento area, SoCal (LA & San Diego included), Phoenix area and NYC area - add two hours to each main airport. There is a similar thread on the Charter Forum with more contact info.

Check out following link to see where they fly, etc. (look for PTs):

just to clarify

We haven't done any flying for NetJets since our little incident in March. While the fuel discount we got was great, the flying we did for them was a pain the butt. Since then, our hours/plane/month and our efficiency (deadheads) have never been better. And we've recently negotiated a great discount with all Signature FBO's, so losing the netjets fuel discount is no longer an issue.

As for fleet growth plans, stay tuned for NBAA.

What incident?

I doubt you're on par with the fuel discount with netjets. I'm sure it helps but I doubt its the same.

Use a computer at one of the FBO's. The preferred method of applying is by completing the online application on the xojet.com website.

good luck.

Online App.

Are you talking about their online application, in which you answer about 10 questions about yourself, then attach your resume and cover letter and send it in? Or is there a complete online application on the XO Jet website in which you fill everything out? I just want to make sure I didn't miss anything. Thanks!

Hi!

I think they just changed the website, because there was hiring info and an email to send resumes to.

Here is the one now showing, a general email for the whole company:

Good Luck!
