emailed pilot recruitment and here's what they sent back:

Good Afternoon,

There has been a change in the format of our application. If you have already filled out the version that includes the 10 year work history that is fine. These applications will continue to be accepted. The
newer version of the application, currently available online, does not include this in the initial application. In the future candidates using this form will only be asked for this information further along in the
interview process. I hope that answered your question.

Many Thanks,
NetJets Crew Recruitment

Sooo, still trying to figure out how to send the new app via email. I just filled it out, and copied the address bar at the top and emailed that along with my attached resume.

Did you fill it out with PDF fill? Or do you have the full on adobe acrobat with the typewriter function? If you did it using PDF fill, and tried to send that to them, they will not be able to open it. (Yes, that's what I did and they sent me an email stating that, so you can feel free to call me a dumbass now).

You have to save it as a regular PDF document in order to attach it and send it.

I just used their own application process (the new one) from their website. I filled it in, and thought it would autolink when I hit the email link they want you to send it to. Then I tried to copy what was in the address bar with the app on screen and link it to my email to them. I tested it by sending it to myself, I opened it and only the app was there and not what I filled in. There's no way to save it somewhere on your computer and then send it to them. I printed it out, but some of my customer service stuff was cut off because it's one continuos line, and not paragraphed.

That's why you either need to print it out blank and hand write it, of buy the PDF fill tool for $20, fill it in that way, and then save it as a PDF file. Kind of a pain I know but worth the extra effort for the good job!

I'm a bigger jacka$$, because I can't figure out how to save it as a pdf. Anyone?

Do you read the posts?

????

PDF FILL $20.00

Print out, Fedex Ap, $10.00

First Class Mail, <$1.00

In order to save the PDF file you edited you need "PDF FILL"

I've got pdffiller. is that the same as "PDF FILL?" I'm ready to go ********************in postal

It sounds like it. After you fill it out, go to the "file" drop down and click "save as". It should bring up a box of options to save it as, ie "pdffil,TXT,pdf". Choose PDF and that should do it.

Or....
You can go to Adobe.com and download the trial version of Adobe Professional. You can then save the form and email it in no problem.

Sorry, Winows XP here. And yes, they do take it via snail mail. Until November from what I see. Then it's supposed to be all online. And everyone seems to think that all the old apps get dumped as well. Good luck bro!

Hey guy's. I printed out my app and if you have an all in one printer I scanned it as a pdf file back into my computer saved it and emailed it. I sent it to myself bcc and opened it up with no problems. I didn't have to buy the pdf fill. Hope this helps. Good luck to all.

That works fine if you don't write too much on your past three customer experience sections. I guess I'm just too long winded.

Help! what did you put for the customer experience?

A specific occurance? or just what is required from a charter/frac on an everyday flight. ie making sure the plane is clean, coffee, news..? And yes...I have I have plenty of situations where "I" have gone beyond the call of duty. I was just wondering what NJA might want for the particular box.

I had some corporate experience, worked in a family business, owned my own business, and bartended/waited tables for 10 years. I would pick out your best times where you did something that surprised the customer(in a good way of course.)
