Just got mine today. I was surprised the FAA was so fast. It took only a week to get my new certificate in the mail with "English Proficient" on the back. The FAA has decided to extend the mandatory English Proficient certificate to March 2009.

Mine arrived yesterday as well. I'll echo the surprise at the FAA's efficiency.
