A jumpseat agreement doesn't have to be reciprocal.

My company allows UPS, Fedex and other Cargo guys to jumseat without reciprocity.

It's about helping a fellow pilot. And your present employment shouldn't affect it.

You should try to get you company approved to fly with us (SWA). It won't cost you anything to try.
