Our rant come from the utter frustration of 4 years of bad faith bargining and still doing a job that puts NJA at the top of the list in owners surveys.

No argument about the owner surveys. However if the Federal goverment agreed with you that the company has bargained in bad faith you would be preparing to strike. They don't and you aren't.

You keep believing what BB tells you, the NMB didn't say we (pilots) need to buy what they were selling, it wasn't an endorsment of the company position. They said there will be no more Mediated sessions UNTIL these financials are understood and accepted by both parties. So, do you think the NMB is on the company side, there not. The parties need to come together and a FULL examination of ALL books will be a good start.
At the last session the company postition was, "Here are the numbers, you cannot have any other supporting documentation."

They don't want the whole story told and this is the position Boisture has put you in.

I don't think anyone said the recent NMB decision was a endorsement of the company position. But it goes without saying the company was clearly pleased with it simply because this is what they've been asking of the union for quite some time. Apparently the company has nothing to fear by opening the financials. Can the same be said of the union?

Can the same be said of the union?

They can look at our financials, anytime. lol

If they will give unfettered access, you might have a point. But they haven't done that to this point.

They offered.

yes, they did offer and the union has said as much. They offered full disclosure with professionals hired by the union present.

Ask your guys..

I have and I'll stand by my statement that it was not everything needed. Don't believe what you read on the INTRANET. It's well crafted to do a specific job and honest discourse is not its aim.

Exactly how many versions of financial records do you think NJA keep?

I understand that you all are happy with your pay and lifestyles, but please try and take off the colored glasses for just a little while and look at what is going on around you.
The company is shuffling money from one pocket to the other as fast as they can. It's a brilliant scheme, over pay/charge for service (your job) vendors (ejm etal) training (FSI) and end up with a small profit for NJA (pilots).
Guess where all the money goes, BKS.
It doesn't matter if we (NJA) make a profit, it only matters that 'Flight Services' continues to thrive and they are doing well. The numbers we can't see are the details of all the transactions, we are expected to accept gross figures for the above expenses without attribution to the specific vendors.
Just think of the mischief that is going on with large dollars knowing we pay $50.00 a quart for oil at EJM's White Plains hanger and retail prices for training at FSI.
This is a GREAT SCHEME and there is a TON of money to go around. As pilots we are asking/demanding our fair share. NJA has been built on low paid pilots going back to PFTand cheap labor in CMH. The time has come to bring the pay scales into the 21st century.

I'm still waiting for someone to tell me who gets a better rate at Flight Safety than we do. I asked the question over a week ago and no one seems able to give an answer.

If you want people to believe your stories about NJ funneling money off the books by paying too much to FSI then step up and tell us the following:

  1. NetJets rates at FSI
  2. Name of Other customer that gets better rates at FSI than NetJets\
  3. Other Customers rates at FSI
If you cant provide this information then this is just another baseless allegation with no merit whatsoever....Step up and provide the info or shut up.

Last time I heard, EJM is a break even business. If we are funneling money to EJM then why arent they making money hand over fist?

I dont know what the going rate for a quart of oil is at an FBO. $50 sounds bad, but so does $30 for a crew meal, or crews taking sedans instead of taxis.
What's the normal rate for oil at an FBO? Is the $50 for just the oil or is there a labor charge as well?
