Like I said before...Produce the documentation I've asked for or keep quiet...Until you can then you should stick to dispatching and I'll stick to flying...Our so called areas of expertise....

Has is dawned on anyone, especially "Majik" that Sanutlli formed and runs this company, and that "you" the pilots were offered employment, you agreed to work for a set pay, and yet you think you have a say in how he runs his company?
Did you really work at NJA? I guess you missed the part in our contract with the company that says we negotiate our salary. He can run his company any way he likes. I still get the option to negotiate for better wages. Taking a long time but I haven't given up yet.

But what is your union going to do "Majik" if NJI and NJA are NOT combined, and you dont get your $105K raise? Are you going to stomp you feet and cry that " its not fair, they make more than us Mommy", or are you going to go to work, and provide for your family.
I might do a little foot stomping if we fail but, until I decide to go work somewhere else, I'll be here trying to improve things for myself and other NJA pilots. I don't see why you have such a big problem with us trying to improve salary and working conditions. I don't agree with everything that other NJA pilots post on this board but I respect their right to try to improve things. Glad you moved on and found a "happy place" in your life. I wish that for everyone. I'm not unhappy, just trying to make it better, in spite of all of the negative comments on this board from fellow pilots that work outside of NJA. Thanks for worrying about me.

I don't have to judge motives.... NJ doesn't care about profits when paying pilots at money losing divisions of NJ.

therefore I am not interested in basing pilot salaries on cashflow profits here. When they cut the pay of the moneylosers I may change my opinion.

If I remember correctly, NetJets lost a lot of money when it was first started.... Did any of the pilots here during that time b!tch about the charity of Mr. Santulli and the company then?

It costs money to get a business up and running....we saw that when we started fractional here in the US and we are seeing it in Europe now.

The Mr. Santulli and the company have stated multiple times that the pilots deserve a raise and will get one. The magnitude of the raise is the only question. Whatever the amount it will most likely be based on NJA's profitability.

The NMB's decision basically said that they would be ready to resume mediated negotiations once the union and the company agree on the cost of proposals on the table and the financial condition of the company. Why is everyone assuming this will take months or years to get done?

Without complete and open access to all books involving NJA, Inc. (everything from NJI to Sales, Service, Mgt and Insurance) how can you agree? Shall we just say, "We trust these numbers you're showing us." You people are soft as puppy ***T.

Soft as puppy ***t? Are you sure that isnt your mind? too many jet fumes lately? or would Teamster BS be the source of your idiocy? Here's last friday's post from the intranet:

Today, the NMB notified us verbally that the remaining two bargaining sessions allotted to this matter would be held in abeyance until the company and the union mutually notify the NMB that a full understanding of the company’s costs and financial performance has been achieved by the union and/or its advisors. We expect to receive written communication of this decision from the NMB in the next couple of days.
We are delighted with this decision as it is precisely what we have been asking and encouraging the union leadership to do for the past many months. We have repeatedly offered to open the books of the entire company to competent analysis so that the discussion about the future for our pilots and the company can be fact based and a fair and affordable agreement can be achieved.

You keep believing what BB tells you, the NMB didn't say we (pilots) need to buy what they were selling, it wasn't an endorsment of the company position. They said there will be no more Mediated sessions UNTIL these financials are understood and accepted by both parties. So, do you think the NMB is on the company side, there not. The parties need to come together and a FULL examination of ALL books will be a good start.
At the last session the company postition was, "Here are the numbers, you cannot have any other supporting documentation."

They don't want the whole story told and this is the position Boisture has put you in.

If that's accurate then why dont you start telling the 'whole story' rather than pissing everyone off with your sophmoric rants and trying to insult everyone?

So far the only party that is talking rationally is the company. If you want to be heard then you need to talk intelligently and rationally. Instead, this is a sample of what we've been graced with from the pilots on this board:

I'll tell you what is funny.....When douche bag NJA Owner shows up for his flight and I pull out the write up that I have been carrying for the last two days and ground the airplane just before his trip. After waiting at the FBO for hours the poor dumbass gets chartered out on some piece of crap vendor that has a piss poor safety record and his catering gets lost and some of his bags don't get loaded. Now thats some funny stuff!!! HA HA..

Some Dude said:
The belief that so called NJA Owner is a real owner is a freaking joke. He must be a real nerd to spend all his time at this site with all his money. Maybe I'll take his wife in the back on the next flight and introduce her to the mile high club, then I'll make him fix me a sandwich. What up Biiiiotch!!!

Some Dude said:
Oh poor DickItcher, I mean Dispatcher please don't ignore me. Come back and play.

The real question should be why don't YOU educate yourself, before you come on this board as a 'non pilot' and tell us how kind the company was/is. RTS sold a company he owned for <10 years for 725 million dollars. What he did to keep it afloat while the frational model matured was in his best interest. I know RTS is a generous man in some instances, but not when it comes to his NJA pilots. His statement from the last contract " You guys could have done alot better than that," is burned in the collective memory of the group.
Our rant come from the utter frustration of 4 years of bad faith bargining and still doing a job that puts NJA at the top of the list in owners surveys.
