My interview is Feb 26-27. I got a call today from a nice lady at NetJets (not Derinda) who said she wanted to know when a good time for a 30 minute pre screening "Customer service interview that will not impact your interview on the 26th" would be. Is this a new thing as of this week or has anyone else gotten this phone call? Also, what can I expect tomorrow when she calls back? Thanks for any input!
 
Someone once suggested to me that when you think about customer service, think about how the Ritz Carlton would handle it and do the same. Netjets pax are used to Ritz Carlton service levels.
 
I think there is push to get "back to basics" with Cust Serv.
We used to have a three or four hour block of Charm School training several years ago. It went away after the instructor left the company and I heard that they are trying to institute this again.

I've also heard that the FA's getting hired have HEAVY CS backgrounds. Run of the mill airline FA's are low on the totem poll when competing with the CS types.

The worm has turned I guess.
 
First time I have ever head of this.

Just remember, "the customer is always right". Until it comes to safety.
Safety first (with a smile when you break the bad news) and then customer service.

Yes....i got the same call, and was curious of the same thing. I don't have an interview date yet, but got a call to schedule the "initial customer service survey" as well. I have mine later this week. When do you have yours scheduled? Good luck with it.
 
I did it today with Kieva Rice. She is really nice just asked about 15 question on customer service. I do not know how I did but was told will find out in about two weeks. She said this was a new thing so it sounds like this may be part of the new interview process.
 
For those recieving this phone interview, how long has it been since you received the application received e-mail and do you have a 121 background?

I received my application received e-mail 25 October and have yet to hear anything. Thanks in advance to all who reply.

I got the call Keva Rice too. What is an example of the questions?

Also any hard questions on the written test?
