NetJet ADX

I was wondering how it is working with NetJets as a adx? How is the work schedule, how is the pay and all that other stuff?

Pay starts at 37K and goes up from there. Several different schedules depending on time in the department. Most senior people work midnights due to the extra pay. So you would probably end up with a morning shift.
