I also recommend that you type it. I have posted this at APC, but I can offer an Adobe .pdf file of the NetJets Application that I can't take full credit for. It can be filled out with the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader and uses a simple typewriter function. It is only 1.2 MB and will make your life much easier when anyone applies at NetJets. Sorry, I don't know which version of Adobe Acrobat Reader you MUST have, but it works on the newest version that can be downloaded for free at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html. Just email me at [email protected] if you would like to get a hold of the file.

Other options that I've seen posted, but I haven't tried:

1. PDFPen by www.smileonmymac.com. It's a very simple program, but only runs on Mac OS X.

2. Downloaded Adobe 8.0 Pro, free 30 day trial, and fill in the App using the Typewriter function.
