If the frac is Flight Options, you should do plenty of research. I left FLOPS after 6.5 years recently, with a significant pay cut and I couldn't be happier. Working at FLOPS is an every day battle. Check out the fractional forum and see for yourself.

Well you should know what it's like being on call 24/7 with who you used to work for out of PTK. IMO it really sucks, I know I've been doing it for 3 years now and I'm currently looking to GET OUT!lol

Is there such a thing as a NON BIASED opinion?
LOL!

That is what I was thinking!

I would go frax. That "in-house" training usually isn't regarded very highly elsewhere. Good luck and enjoy your sheduled days off!

Sorry, CV, I couldn't resist. I like your attitude, though, Thanks.
I agreewith Rook and the others. QOL will suck on call. The added pay will not seem worth it as you procede to burn out, probably before that promise of an in-house type ever comes.

The frac will get you a type and some experience for your next step up, IMHO.

Never pass up:
a class date
an upgrade
a type rating

Good luck in whatever you choose!

Rook, we are still doing the sand box. I'm going to Jedah to renew the visa and then Rehab for a BRU turn with J-Lo. The hits just keep commin' here! LOL! Greetings from PVG!

CV580 (oh yeah, I have time in those "things" too!).

I recommend that you look at managed flight operations ala the "old" TAG. As I pointed out to someone else, the NBAA jobs site has a number of pilot and management positions with the former TAG / AMIJC folks at Sentient. I would look to those guys for a stable career (they manage more that 350 aircraft in the US and abroad) and options.

Bob
