This has been answered before.. Regardless.. here we go again..
20.73/hr 75 hour guarantee... 10 days off minimum. 1.40 per diem
Reserve.. depends on base, MEM "may" be the shortest with less than 4 months, MSP and DTW I would expect to go long at better than 6-8 months. It is either feast or famine depending WHEN you get to your base and the planning (or lack of) for that base.
Junior people do mostly highspeeds (CDO's), usually 4 in a row followed by 2 days off. As for trips.. they again vary by base but the general makeup is usually day trips to 2 or 3 day trips. Occassionally 4 day trips and a real rare 5 day trip. Company hates to spend money on hotels, so 2- 2 day trips, 1-2day followed by 1-3day trip would be the norm. Again, this is base dependant these days. Once a line holder, you can expect an average of 12-14 days off for the 12-18 months. 18-2+ years averages about 15-17 days depending once again on base.
Don't expect cushy long overnights.. they don't exist.. The few long ones are either senior OR they are in the middle of BFE. Expect 6 or 7 leg days (yes, your flying a jet, but they don't plan that way).
Line averages since the turn of the year are in the mid to high 80's per month.
It may sound like I am complaining.. realistically I am not.. you come to work, they work you to the max you can either by FAA times or rest or by the contract.. then you go home..
Upgrade time is mentioned above.. look it over well.. if you are planning on the fast upgrade.. fast will be about 3 years.. nothing faster than that for anyone hired recently.
There are several gouges to be found.. here and on aviationinterviews... be yourself as the meet and greet part tend to be more "personality" based than if you can keep the blue side up.
