I'm trying to build a nice comparison of monthly salaries. Not hourly rates or what you're supposed to make, but what you actaually make in one month.

I specifically need more ASA and SkyWest entries (any others as well). Tomorrow is pay day so I know you'll have fresh pay stubs.

Remember, it's monthly gross I'm looking for.

Results so far can be found here, note they're not searchable yet, this is just a preview of what has been entered...

I would guess that you are not interested in PDT info since you don't list our company or our a/c type.

[Credit hours (or guarantee) x hourly rate] +(TAFB x hourly per diem rate) = gross

Is the math that difficult that you need people to do it for you?

Most computers have a built in calculator function.

The differences will be in uniform allowances, 401(k) contributions, medical insurance and other deductions the individual may have. These factors have more of an impact on take home than the size of the equipment.

Gee, I didn't think about that...thanks for the tip.

Actually, I'm looking for a little more than credit hours times rate. Line values, reserve, instructor pay etc. I am aware that it's more than the size of the equipment, that's the point.

Number of years is a little confusing. Should, say, an FO who has been with the company 1 year and one day (and is receiving 2nd year pay) put in 1 years or 2 years? This could make a significant difference in your statistics.

It's pretty interesting so far, personally I'd like to see some more SkyWest entries to compare to.

Come on now. Forgot about us prop trash ATR guys over here on D huh. We're not gone yet. Couldnt do your survey without the ATR tab bro.

Screwed my own brethren...what a friggen dumbas$, my bad...it's in there now.

it appears some are posting only their current stub, and not the whole month? it is GROSS for the MONTH that you're after, correct?

Yeah, monthly gross. I didn't clearly state that in the beginning so a few slipped thru. If I can get enough I'll finish the search feature that allows you to compare two airlines by seat/seniority/pay.

Do you want before or after the company screws up my pay for about the 15th time.....and I then have to spend my day going to the GO and invading the cubicles of the crew pay ladies. They NEVER return phone calls. What a useless bunch of people we have at ASA.
