I'm trying to travel SLC-MKE on ASA#4520 on either the 24th or 25th. Could someone give me the loads please (all I get is good, not good when I call DL reservations).
Is there a non-rev number to call for DL coded ASA/SKW flights?
In paranthesis is capacity and the other two are seats left and then seats authorized to sell. So the first one is 5 available and can sell total of 8 more so over sell the flight by 3.
Good Luck
Ya know there is an easier way to do this. Why don't you go on Delta.com and check on available flights for SLC-MKE. Then click on the "view seats" link for the flight you want and count the unreserved seats on the flight. Sounds kind of crazy, but you get a quick answer and we avoid getting distracted from the important business of FI.com.
The numbers aren't deceiving, but you can't take them strictly literally. You need to know there is a fudge factor in there, as with the available/authorized numbers.
Do it the JBU way. Go to Delta's website and try to buy 9 tickets. If it reserves them for you, you know there are that many available to be sold. This does not tell you how many they authorize to oversell, but it looks like they oversell the 70 seaters by 2.
