Need help from UPS

I am looking for some help from a UPS pilot about international JS. Can anyone help me with finding flight information on getting to CRK in the Philippines. Mostly where does the flight orginate from and can a CASS offline JS'r ride on the flight.

Also I need the 800# to sign-up for the JS.
