Need a good Aviation Attorney

Personally I'd call AOPA and EAA. If he doesn't or isn't a member of ALPA, the other two will definitely help. Hopefully he's a member of AOPA. They've got a great legal department. Good Luck

Try AOPA Legal Services Plan....You need to be enrolled though before the incident happened. If not do a google search. Look for PM

I absolutely second Diver here. Kent is one of the best Aviation Attorney's in the country. He has written numerous Aviation Law textbooks and is a regular contributer to Flight Training magazine. His office is located in Kansas City. Hope this helps you out. Good luck.
