Well that would explain it...

If only I could have gotten a spot in flight school 15 years ago..... Blast my awful vision.... I'm guessing 20/200 still doesn't cut it.

Well that would explain the fuzzy avatar that you sport. Everytime I look at it, I think my vision is lapsing.....

Would require psyche testing...

Don't know if anyone would ever want to do this, but is there any provision where someone already retired from active duty could serve in the reserves?

I would require extreme, intrusive, psyche testing for anyone who would give up 50% of their base pay and medical insurance for the opportunity to work 1weekend a month/ 2 weeks a year and delay retirement until 60 years old.

Besides, most retirees are in the Fleet Ready Reserve already, they just don't realize it.......
