There are already plenty of non-ALPA carriers and labor groups that couldn't care less about an ALPA picket line. How are you going to get them interested in a national senority list?

I simply don't see how you're going to get everyone on one list short of force, and since that would be illegal, what can you do?
 
Convince them it's in their best interest? How did various other guilds do it? I'm not saying it would be easy or even happen in my career lifetime, but I think it's a viable alternative to what we have now (whipsaw).

The real problem lies with wrestling power away from Uncle Duane et al, not from convincing a group of pilots this is the way to go. ALPA, APA, Teamsters etc, will do everything in their power (legal or otherwise) to stay where they are.

You won't get everyone, but it can be made awfully difficult to get a job without it.
