Najor job w/o PIC time?

Would any major be interested in a pilot with 3/4000 hrs of time in type with only F/O time? I am considering a job in Turkey with a 737 or A320 operator but the upgrades here are brutal (7-10 years). I find useless of working in there for 3/4 years with no shot at operators like Southwest, JetBlue, Sprit or whoever is hiring at the time if lack of 1000 PIC hrs will be an issue.

Work on the spelling here first but then I would say that you would be a long shot at any quality company without PIC time. Just my opinion of course and there are always alternatives. Good luck.

yea, but this thread could be devoted entirely to Najor Airline flame and the other thread could be devoted to serious answers only.

oh I see now thank you for the correction, to be hired at najor airline it does not matter how much PIC or SIC you have only if you clean your legs using Nair.
